Tom Edwards, vice president of global air systems at Johnson Controls retired on September 30th, 2017. With over 35 years of experience in and dedication to the HVAC industry – including the last 24 years with Ruskin®/Johnson Controls.
Tom began his HVAC career in 1980 with Trane, serving in marketing positions with the company for 13 years before joining Ruskin in 1993. While at Ruskin, he served as vice president, sales and marketing (1993-1995), president and CEO (1995-2000) and president of Ruskin group of companies (2000-2015). In 2015, Tom was promoted to vice president and general manager of global air systems at Johnson Controls, Ruskin’s parent company. The division includes Air Handling, ASC, Ruskin and Hart & Cooley.
