The CD40 has a 4" frame and aluminum construction. It features:
- The lowest leakage attainable--6 cfm/sq. ft. at 4" w.g.
- Airfoil blades, which have greater strength, produce less sound, greater sealing ability, and static pressure loss.
- The ability to easily butt to the back side of a louver for tight shut-off capability.
- Unique double edge blade seal design that enables higher pressure on either side of the damper to assist in blade to blade seal shutoff.
- Linkage concealed out of the airstream for low maintenance and reduced air turbulence.
